~~Mommy calls me her ‘Tiny Dancer’. She says it is because I dance around her when she comes home and I’m so excited to see her. I certainly do love lovelove my people.
Other things I love are belly scratches, giving lots and lots of kisses and just being close to my people.
I am good with other dogs of all size and I also get to hang out with cats (one of which is very very grumpy—but I learned to avoid her) and mom takes in feral kittens and when they are friendly I get to check them out too.
I almost never bark even when the other dogs in the house go crazy over the UPS driver -- I just dance around and am happy for all the excitement.
I am good in the car. The first time I got sick but since then I run to the car and love to ride.
I weigh about 15 lbs. I don’t like to go in a crate (but I’m far past the chewing destructive stage so you can trust me in the house alone). I am doing really really well housetraining. We have a dog door and fenced yard and I’m not quite brave enough to push the flap myself but I am learning.
I smile all day long unless I am asleep on the couch where mom sits.

Adoption Fee: $275.00 + $45.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law). Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $145 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.
Transportation Help
If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
