For more info contact Gus's foster mom Celeste ~ ccblake1970@att.netThis is Gus. He is a 3 yr old male, Dachshund mix. He was dumped in a high kill shelter and LPDR saved his life. I dont know why he was dumped, he is the perfect dog. He is housetrained and leash trained. He gets along with everyone (even the cat). He is very loving and likes to show affection, but not to much that he annoys. He is playful with other dogs and toys and really loves a good chew bone. But he also can relax with you sitting beside you to watch TV. Please consider him for adoption.
Completing an Adoption Application: http://littlepawsdachshundrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form_humanverify?formid=2724 Adoption Fee: $275.00 + $45.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law). Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional non-refundable $145 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses. Transportation Help If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
