Hi- I'm Scout and I am a rough and tumble kind of dog. I love a good run around and wrestle with my foster brother. Sometimes I bark, but when I am told to stop, I am a good listener. I'm pretty close to being potty trained because I love to go outside and run around. Bully sticks and a comfortable bed keep me in one place. I am very smart and I pick up on  things quickly. I learned how to use the dog door within 5 minutes of getting to my foster house. The only thing that scares me is the vacuum. I love to watch squirrels from the window and I sometimes bark at them, but not that much. I love love attention and I am looking for a lap to call my own.

For additional information please contact my foster mom Helen (helen.barold@gmail.com)

Adoption Fee:  $350.00 + $45.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law).  Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $145 non refundable fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.

Transportation Help

If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
