Hello, my name is Dillon. The vet thinks I’m between 4 and 6 months old. I’m a Dachshund Chihuahua (Chiweenie) mix. My Foster Mom thinks I am the cutest ever and I can really turn on the charm. I like to play and go for walks. I also love sitting with you on the couch and curling up in your lap. I really like to chase balls and play with stuffed animals. I’m learning to fetch and I know how to sit and shake. I love to go for walks on a leash and also love running and playing in the yard. I am house trained and will whine when I need to go outside. I also like my new home to be where I’m allowed to sleep in the big bed with you. I’m a heavy sleeper and sleep through the night.
I have a foster brother and sister and we get along well. The only issue is they are old and don't want to play with me. I'm respectful of that. I’ve also met some cats at the vet and they seemed very nice. I think I’d probably be fine with a cat in the family. I also like children but I hope they are respectful of me, I’m small and I don’t want to get hurt. It would be really nice if I had a playmate since I really like to play with other dogs.
I'm looking for a forever home where someone will spend lots of time with me, play ball with me, and teach me new things as I’m very eager to learn. Remember, I'm just a puppy so please be patient as I grow and learn all the rules.

Transportation Help
If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
