Hi. I'm Peanut Butter! I'm an adorable, sweet, lovable pup. I love toys and playing with my siblings! I am rather small, less than 5 pounds and 9 weeks old, and will stay a smallish dog. Momma was found wondering down the road and was picked up by a kind lady. As soon as Momma Cookie got to the nice lady's house, me and my three brothers arrived. I love other dogs and think that chase and roll is the best. I’ve not been around cats yet but I’m sure I can learn to be their  friend. Young respectable children would be so much fun but anyone that loves to play and keep active would be my ideal momma or papa. I will be spayed and microchipped soon, am up-to-date on all my vaccines and generally perfect in every way. I will be ready to go to my forever home mid June.

Completing an Adoption Application:   http://littlepawsdachshundrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form_humanverify?formid=2724 Adoption Fee:  $350.00 + $45.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law).  Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional non-refundable $145 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.    Transportation Help If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
