Hi!  My name is Angelface and my sister’s name is Rosebud.  We are 9 years old red smooth doxies, but you would not know it if you met us. Unfortunately, we lost our family when our human mom became very ill.  We are typical dachshunds.  We super affectionate and love to be close to our foster mom and “help” her do things when she really doesn’t need our help. We are crate trained and sleep together in our very own kennel. Our house training is pretty darn good and we are good watchdogs which means we alert bark and we are not the best match for you if you live in an apartment or a condo.

The adoption fee for Angelface and Rosebud is $450 (for both dogs). If they are adopted over the Maryland state line there will be a $45.00 charge (for each dog) for a health certificate (required by law).  If adopted in New England there is an additional $150 fee (for each dog) to help cover the transport of each dog to New England.

TRANSPORTATION HELP! If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
