My name is Jackson! I go by Jack for short. I am a very small, but high-energy dachshund. I love to follow my owner everywhere, go for long walks, and go for rides in the car. I don’t beg for food, and sometimes don’t finish my meal. I am 11 years old, and lived in a home with a fenced-in yard so will need one of those in my new home. I get along well with all adults, other dogs, and older children. I do like to bark when I get excited, though. I really love to follow my foster dad even to the bathroom, and prefer to sleep in the bed with him. I am a loyal and trusted companion, and I will be your best friend! My foster dad is going to be very sad to give me up for adoption, but he has two other dachshunds!
