Hi, my name is Rosie. I love walks with my People and sniffing all the new smells in the woods. My foster parents say I walk really proudly and with an agenda. I enjoy being around other dogs and I quickly made friends my foster parents three dachshunds. I get along with everybody and I have a very sweet and gentle disposition. If you see me beg it will melt your heart. My foster mom says I have the cutest face and she cannot resist giving me a little treat when I beg. But she does know that she must discipline herself not to give me too many treats. I enjoy giving my foster parents hugs by putting my face against theirs and pressing and I give tiny little kisses. I will go in the crate but it is not my favorite place. I will squeal a little bit to let you know that I would prefer to sit on the top of the couch and look out the window or just take a nap. But foster mom has told me I must stay in the crate when she goes out because sometimes I might leave a little surprise that she doesn't like because I'm anxious since I'm new here. I enjoy sleeping in the big bed right next to your back all night or under the blanket. I also love to sit on your lap. Even though I'm 10 years old my foster parents say I act like I'm five. I love to see my people come home and I love to be with them as much as possible.
