Apollo is a 9 year old Piebald Dachshund. Apollo came to Little Paws when his owner was moving and she was unable to take him with her; he was very loved and has a lot of love to give. Apollo wants to be your shadow and snuggle under a blanket beside you. He does not mark or chew. Apollo greets human adults and children on his walks and is good meeting everyone. He is also good with other dogs. Apollo is sensitive to noise, and prefers a quiet, chill environment. Prefers women. He is housebroken (although not a fan of the rain) and crate trained. He loves to go on walks and play with toys, especially his Kong. Apollo’s foster mom describes him as “the perfect dog”.

 The Adoption Fee for Apollo is: $275.00 + $45.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law). TRANSPORTATION HELP! If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation.
