Buddy12 is an adorable 14lb Dachshund mix looking for a calm home. He is two years old and would love to find a loving adopter.

Environment

Buddy12 is house trained and crate trained. He would do best with a person who likes a quiet environment, and would love a small dog buddy to play with. He likes to keep things predictable, so he is not a huge fan of cats, bigger dogs, or small children. For the same reason, Buddy12 prefers to burn energy by playing and running in his own yard rather than on leashed walks. One of his favorite activities is to hide toys in the yard for later discovery. He is a playful dog with lots of energy and has benefited from training sessions with our virtual trainer. His foster mom is so happy with his progress.

People

Buddy12 loves his foster mom and dogs in the home. He is a happy, playful guy. He has lots of love to give, and once he warms up, he is a loyal and loving boy. He does best with a structured daily routine and would appreciate an adopter who can offer him patience, structure, and socialization. He has learned introduction skills in training and is gaining confidence meeting new people.
