Danke is good natured, loving, and friendly pup that wants to be near you as much as possible.  She came to us from a shelter suffering from pneumonia. She is doing better now and is ready for her forever home.  She is the best potty trained dachshund I have ever seen. She goes out, takes care of business, and comes right back in. She will not go out or to the door till you do. She is crate trained but likes to sleep in the big bed. She gets along well with our other dogs. She is a little food aggressive but that is a dachshund thing.  She is not a high energy dog; just loves her bed and blankets.

If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption.  LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
