Adoption Fee:
$150.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law). Dogs adopted in MA, NH, and ME are subject to a mandatory quarantine period as per state laws. This will be an extra fee ($125.00) in addition to the regular adoption fee.
Jasmine is a beautiful, sweet dog that will fit easily into most homes. At 7 years old she is slightly vision impaired. She does have some sight, able to determine shadows, shapes and light. She doesn’t let her lack of vision get in the way. Stairs are a little challenging for her and it would be best if she didn’t have to climb them. She is afraid to go down steps.
She does well with other dogs. She loves to cuddle with me or my dogs, and enjoys lying around sleeping under a blanket. She likes respectable children. So please no tail or ear pulling. She will show you she does not appreciate this behavior. She rarely barks and has an easy going personality otherwise. She is housetrained as long as she is taken out regularly.
Jasmine needs love and a little patience to help guide her around (as needed), and she will be a wonderful companion to anyone.
She just needs someone to show her that big people do love her and will not harm her.

TRANSPORTATION HELP!
If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
