I am an 18 month old long haired dachshund mix, but my heart is ALL dachshund. I lived with my mom for 18 months. She had to surrender me to Little Paws Dachshund Rescue because she had medical problems. I like it with my new foster mom and dad. I love playing fetch and oh, check this out.... I'm really good at climbing child safety gates, hehehe.

CT & RI RESIDENTS – At this time we are not registered with these states and are unable to adopt to residents.  The process to register is lengthy and will take some time.  We are currently working on this process.

If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption.  LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
