How to contact my foster home:    

Adoption Fee:   $275.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law).  Dogs adopted in MA, NH, and ME are subject to a mandatory quarantine period as per state laws.  This will be an extra fee ($125) in addition to the regular adoption fee.

Maggie is a 6 year old, chocolate and tan dapple. She weighs 6.4 pounds and is very sweet. She is a little shy with strangers, but warms up quickly. She doesnt care much for cats, but does well with other dogs. She loves to snuggle and be with her person all the time. She does stay in a crate when we leave home, but doesnt care for that either! She is a bit of a diva, and feels she deserves extra priviledges. LOL Maggie is adorable and very dainty. A rough and tumble lifestyle would not suit her at all. She likes to be in your lap, on your bed, or in your arms. She will play with the other dogs. Maggie is very smart and loves to jump straight up repeatedly, think whack a mole. We were horrified at first and were afraid she would hurt herself, but we cant get her to stop! She jumps when she wants attention, or whatever you have that she feels should be hers! lol A dream home would be one where Maggie would be spoiled rotten and get lots of attention. She doesnt like to be alone. No small kids pulling or poking, please! Need a Queen for your castle? Meet Maggie!!

TRANSPORTATION HELP!

If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption.  LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
