Adoption Fee:
$325.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law) . Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.
Hi, my name is Sadie and I am 9 months old. Foster mom says I am a beautiful, tiny little black/tan that weighs about 7-8 pounds. She gets really excited when I go outside to potty, I heard her say she loves that I know where to go. I didn't understand what those little things were she would give me when I came back inside, but she started breaking them up and I realized I could eat them!!! She calls them treats, I had NEVER had any of them before... but I like the ones she has with blueberries and the ones with apples!!!
I really like my foster home because I am still just a little girl and I LOVE to play!! I have 7 foster siblings here to play with. Sometimes I have to beg them to play with me by running past them and nudging them, but finally they chase me. Foster mom says they are trying to make me go away, BUT WHO CARES... THEY ARE CHASING ME!!!!
In my old home we had a big dog that was my boyfriend, and a 4 yr old and 18 month old human siblings. I really liked them A LOT!!! And when I see the cats in the yard here, I don't bark at them like all the others, don't see what the big deal is about a cat.
My former Dad used to take me everywhere with him, so I ride very well in a vehicle. Usually sit between the driver and the console, its peaceful there. And boy do I LOVE to cuddle on the sofa and in the big bed!! Except sometimes I remember something I was chasing earlier in the day and I jump up to look for it....
Do you think I can be the perfect new addition to your family? I don't have much, but I can offer you all of my love, cuddles and kisses forever and ever!!!
Sadie is scheduled for spay surgery and all of her shots on July 25. After she is healed and stitches removed, she will be ready for her "forever family"

TRANSPORTATION HELP!
If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
