Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.  Dogs that are HW positive cannot be adopted in Massachusetts

Waldi is one adorable, fun loving little dude and a totally happy puppy! He came to LPDR on 9/17 from a breeder in GA who surrendered him because he has a significant overbite. We think it makes him look just that much cuter! Don’t you?

Waldi is doing great with his training so far. He is crate trained and working on leash and potty training. He is super smart and catches on quickly. He loves to play with his foster brothers and sisters and to play with his toys. Since he is a puppy, “toys” can mean a variety of things – paper and tissues from the trash in Foster Mom’s office, throw rugs, boxes, pillows and blankets.

UPDATE:  Waldi does not like cats so he would prefer to go to a home without them.

Waldi is a super sweet, snuggly little boy who doesn’t do very well alone so would be best in a home with other dogs/puppies and preferably someone who is home a lot.

Hurry and fill out your application today! This cutie won’t be available for long!

RI RESIDENTS  At this time we are not registered with these states and are unable to adopt to residents.  The process to register is lengthy and will take some time.  We are currently working on this process.

TRANSPORTATION HELP!

If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
