Adoption Fee:  $325.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law).  Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.

Thalia is a tiny black and tan beauty.  She initially barks at men, but then will settle. She is super sweet and really rather quiet for a puppy. She has started to open up more as she becomes more comfortable in her foster home. She often sleeps on my shoulder and she loves to cuddle.  She would not take much space in your home, but plenty of space in your heart! 

Thalia weighs about 9 lbs and is still working on housetraining. She is friendly and non-aggressive but barks ALOT at men. She gets along very well with the other dogs here - even my big Baby who is close to 100 lbs. I haven't tried her with children or cats. She would do well with someone who has time and energy to train her properly - she is very smart and wide open!! She sleeps in bed with me nestled on my shoulder - she is a lover <3

If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption.  LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
