Adoption Fee:   $250.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law). Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.  Dogs that are HW positive cannot be adopted in Massachusetts

My name is Belle just like the Disney princess. It is quite appropriate as I like to be treated like one. I am 8 years young weighing and at just about 10lbs, I am very sweet.  I love to give kisses and your lap would be my favorite place to nap & cuddle.

I would prefer to be the only pet & I get along just fine with older respectful children.
I spent my life having babies and Little Paws Dachshund Rescue promised me I would never have to do that again and had me spayed just two weeks ago. I am adjusting to my new foster home and they are evaluating my likes & dislikes.

I am extremely lovable and have become very attached to my humans. I tend to have separation anxiety due to the sudden changes in my life. I would prefer to cuddle in the big bed with my human, if you would let me.

I am starting to relax and settle in at my foster home but there is nothing more I would love than to have my own human & a loving home who will care for me for the rest of my life.
