Brown Eyed Girl

Tara is one of seven pups born to a chocolate chiweenie mom Feb 17, 2015. She is now 15 months young.One of only two girls in the litter, Tara is a feisty, independent and playful. Tara does well with children and loves to play with toys and chewies.  She also loves to romp with dogs her size and has a great time playing with her foster brother. She is crate trained and housebroken on schedule. She is so affectionate and loves to be held.  Belly rubs are sure to make her smile.  She enjoys car rides and going along with you on errands. Her brother Oscar is an almost twin and they get along well together or do just fine on their own.  Tara is a  very good girl and her foster mom promises she will have her own family some day soon. She is ready to leave the nest and find her forever home!

Fill out an adoption application today:    Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture.    Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses. 

 TRANSPORTATION HELP! If you see a furbaby that would be a match for your family, please don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption.  LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
