Adoption Fee: $275.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law). Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.

Meet Herry the Handsome!

Herry is approximately 2 - 4 years old with a minimum amount of history known. He was rescued from a unreputable breeder situation.

Herry is a special little guy, looking for a very loving home. Since he was raised in a kennel situation there was never enough attention to go around, so Herry is a bit stingy when it comes to sharing his favorite people. Herry would prefer to be the only king in the castle.

When Herry first arrived at his foster home he was a little hesitant to bond with his foster family. But day by day they saw a loving gentle soul emerge. He started warming up to them and even giving kisses. In the evening he enjoys keeping his foster mom company on the couch watching tv. But he is no couch potato, he is full of zip!

Herry is a very smart little man and has mastered crate training, house breaking and the use of a doggie door to go out and explore the fully fenced yard.

He would be an ideal pet for a single person or an adult couple (no children please). Remember he wants to be the center of your life! A quiet home where he can feel safe and loved and loved and loved!
