How to contact my foster home:  Noelle ~  noelle @tnhgroup.com    Adoption Fee:  $150.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law).  Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.

Libby is a beautiful, sweet 7 year old little red head! She came to LPDR after living in someone’s backyard most of her life. Unfortunately for her, she also had an old back injury that was never treated so now she walks with a wobble and is semi-incontinent. When she first came to us, she was very fearful and had a terrible Urinary Tract Infection that made her very nippy. She also does have kidney stones and is on a special diet - Royal Canine Urinary S/O .

She has come a long way in the past several months and has settled into a nice routine in foster care. She is a serious and soulful little girl who loves just being with her people and who lives for her meals and snacks. She is not much into snuggling and doesn’t know how to play with toys. But it makes her happy to just be near you.

Libby has done well with her physical therapy and is much stronger and a lot more confident from it. And, she has finally gotten over her UTI after being on antibiotics for 6 months. She will do best in a home with no large dogs or small children. The ideal home would be a retired couple or someone who works from home as she does require frequent potty breaks or be expressed or she will have accidents.

Libby gets along great with our 2 dogs and most fosters. She is totally fine with cats too. She is quiet except for while her meals are being prepared and then she gets extremely vocal! She does love her food!

Please consider opening up your home and heart to a very special girl who deserves a chance at a wonderful life.
