Pop-pop is a 3 month old loving playful puppy. He is dachshund and probably beagle. He has the short dachshund legs but beagle markings and stout beagle build. By the time he is in his new home he will be neutered, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed, and flea treated.

He was born in someone’s back yard and had a rough life for his first month but then he was rescued by Little Paws Dachshund Rescue. He is now a soft, chubby, happy puppy. He is used to grown dogs, cats, and kittens.

Pop-pop loves to play. He enjoys stuffed animals, balls and tug toys. He also spends a lot of his time napping. His favorite napping place is his person’s lap.

He is working on being paper/pee pad trained (he can’t learn to go outside until he is finished being vaccinated). He is catching on to the paper training fast but certainly isn’t 100% accurate.

This big chubby boy is a darling snuggle bug and he will love you forever.

Adoption Fee:  $350.00 + $35.00 for a health certificate if going over state lines (required by law).  Dogs adopted in New England are subject to additional rules and regulations by the state departments of agriculture. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional $125 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.
