He has mastered the doggie door and is doing very well with his housebreaking skills he will use a pee pad, and if taken outside right after he eats will poop outside and for his age this is a big deal. He is currently with his sibling and lots of friends so he will need time to adjust to being without his brother. He has such a wonderful personality very playful. Complying with these regulations is expensive for our rescue, and all dogs adopted in New England states are subject to an additional non-refundable $145 fee to help cover a portion of these expenses.
