I’m Dottie or Dot Dot as my foster mom calls me. I’m am a 13year old 10lb smooth black and tan dapple doxie. I am a typical dachshund and love belly rubs, attention and I like to be close to my human. I’m a calm girl so loud noises or sudden movements startle me.  I’m housetrained and I enjoy going outside.  I’m fine with other dogs and enjoy the company of the two doxies that I live with. I need to gain weight so my foster mom is feeding me more food. At night and when my foster mom is away from home I sleep in my comfy dog bed. I don’t like to be crated so at night my foster mom gates off the living room for me and I am fine. When she is home I can sleep on the big bed with her and have free range of the home. I know how to use a dog door and a dog ramp. My foster mom says I am a sweetheart!

Transportation Help

If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation or refer you to a paid transport.
