•        Hans needs a home with older considerate children only

•        Hans needs a home with no shared walls

Hans is a 7-year-old, approximately 20 lb wire-haired dachshund who came to Little Paws when his owner could no longer care for him. If you are looking for a friendly, playful, and affectionate doxie, this guy is for you!  His favorite thing is his toy collection—-he loves to play fetch with you!  In fact, he loves to do most things with you—he likes car rides, snuggling on the sofa, watching TV, and going on walks. He is house trained and crate trained. He is overall gentle and very even-tempered. Hans would do well with older considerate children who understand resource guarding as he can be a bit protective of his toys and food. He is also somewhat vocal and would not be good in a home with shared walls.

If you would like more information about Hans you can contact his foster mom Nicole at nlivelsberger@yahoo.com

The adoption fee for Hans is $275. If you would like to adopt Hans, please complete an adoption application at https://www.littlepawsdr.org/adoption/adoption-applications/   If he is adopted over a state line there will be a $45.00 charge for a health certificate (required by law).

Transportation Help: If you see a furbaby that is a match for your family, don’t let distance stand in the way of your adoption. LPDR can work with you to have a volunteer transport to assist with transportation.
