Things to know about Chibette.  She is very much the active puppy! She is playful, affectionate, and wants to be in the middle of everything. She is goofy, intelligent, and loves attention! She loves her toys and playing fetch. Her favorite thing is sitting in her foster mom’s lap getting snuggles. Her foster mom says her favorite thing about Chibette is those big brown eyes!  Chibette is crate-trained; she will bark for a minute and then settle down. She enjoys riding in the car but must be in a crate. Chibette would do well with another small doggie playmate (no large dogs please) . She seems fearful of larger dogs on her walks. She has never been introduced to a cat.

Chibette will need a family where someone is home more often. She is young and playful and is still very much in the puppy stage as far as chewing, house training, and leash walking. She will need an adopter who is willing to continue helping Chibette with her training.  She loves her walks, but she pulls and barks at other dogs and people. She is cautious meeting new people but will warm up. She does well in her foster home meeting respectful pre-teens - we're not sure about younger children.  

Chibette is fairly vocal and would not do well in an apartment or home with shared walls.
