Talulah Bio

Talulah is a nine-year-old, dapple weenie who weighs 14 lbs. She is sweet, lovable, and rambunctious. She came to Little Paws with IVDD and has now got new wheels and a new lease of life! She’s looking for a home with someone who understands her needs, and without men or children.

Environment

Talulah can’t be house trained because of her advanced IVDD—she has no use of her hind legs and will need to be expressed. Despite her disability, she is a very active and playful girl! She would love a fenced yard to race around in, chase squirrels, and stay safe doing it. Talulah would be a flight risk without a fence. She can be very chatty too, so a house without shared walls will be best for this sweet girl. 

Pets & People

Talulah really loves her female foster and takes a bit to warm up to men, and would do best in a quiet home without children. She does get along well with other dogs though, and would love some playmates! She is equal parts rambunctious and sweet, and follows her person everywhere. Talulah loves to ride in the car, go for walks, and cuddle under her blankets.

Health

Talulah needs to be expressed and wears a diaper that needs to be changed often. She eats prescription Science Diet CD Kidney food, and does her best to live a full, vibrant life. She’s great on her wheels and doesn’t let much get in her way.
